Archaeological Cruise Down the Nile River
Friday October 17, 2008
If
you've ever dreamed of exploring ancient Egypt, longed to follow the
footsteps of the Pharaohs, or imagined the desert sun setting over
the emerald Nile, please join David Pierce as he narrates his
spectacular photographs taken on a Nile River cruise. For over five
thousand years the Nile has been the lifeblood of Egypt and there's
simply no better way to experience the wealth of Egyptian history,
culture and architecture than on a Nile River cruise. The trip
starts at the Sudan-Egypt border and makes its way north to the city
of Alexandria. The Marion Natural History Museum will be hosting
this wonderful program on Friday October 17, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the
Museum located at 8 Spring Street Marion, MA and is open to the
public. Fee is $5.00 for members and nonmembers alike. |
